What is the ARKICEM PRO EXTERIOR System?
It is a three-layer system that solves the main problems in exterior walls:
- Capillary humidity
- Uneven or poor condition walls
- Deteriorated or unattractive finishes
- Long construction times
What products does it include?
1. ARKIDRY R (cementitious waterproofing)
It is applied only to the lower part of the wall (up to 80 cm from the floor ) to block rising damp , which is very common in tropical climates.
2. ARKICEM Thick Coat (leveling mortar)
It corrects imperfections, regularizes the support and offers structural resistance , making it ideal for outdoors.
3. ARKIPLAST (microcement-type finish)
Provides a seamless, modern, weather-resistant finish, perfect for facades and exterior walls in hot, humid regions.
How is it applied?
- Localized waterproofing:
Apply ARKIDRY R up to a height of 80 cm to prevent rising damp. - Structural leveling:
Apply ARKICEM Thick Coat over the entire surface to smooth and reinforce the wall. - Decorative finish:
Once the thick layer has cured, apply ARKIPLAST to achieve a smooth, flexible, and highly durable finish.
